I don't know who I spoke with today, she told me she is the supervisor. I would really appreciate an opportunity to speak with whoever is her boss.

Lots of undelivered items not even late just never show up. Packages saying delivered and never received. Tried calling and the line is always busy. The past 2or 3 months just wondering where some of my private and important information has gone to.

Very polite, nice people. Fast service with a smile.

The manager is a rude, lazy, and hateful. He made one of the employees cry at one point. He allows a line to form out the door, does nothing to help out, and then berates the customers because they got there too close to closing (20 minutes before the closing time). He should be fired, but it's probably a totally pain in the rear to make it happen. This type of behavior is one reason the USPS is having such a difficult time.

A bad habit of marking packages as out for delivery one day and bringing them the next day! Always apprehensive when I expedite an order and fedex drops it at the post office, especially my medical supplies! It’s unexceptionable and dishonest!
