The guy who delivers to the fairways says he’s not allowed to deliver packages to apartments. Yet literally every other day there’s another usps lady who comes through the apartments and delivers to the door. Pure laziness, because the office is not accepting packages this guy won’t deliver them to our doors.

The workers at this post office are very rude. Just had a terrible interaction with the one lady who is working in there today. The younger lighter skinned African American woman is very nice but the other older darker skinned African American who is always in there is very nasty. She is VERY rude and has absolutely no patience. They need to completely overhaul this location. If you don’t like your job the find a new one.

Got an email saying that someone tried to deliver at 6 something I was home all night after work no one postal service truck came, I'm upset that one person saying they did there job who didn't is now costing me more time getting my car fixed until monday or Tuesday which means because someone lied saying they did their job going to cost me a full day of mine. I love the postal service for them taking action during this time it's a very big deal and I'm grateful just not the ones who are lying about doing there jobs.

The people here are very unprofessional and lazy I was trying to ship something to someone and the people inside wouldn't take it or tell me what's wrong so i just lost 100$ cause of them

Driver lied twice and said he tried to deliver! We all 3 were home every day and they never did. It was a heavy box and they didn’t want to bring it to my door. I had to go pick it up and they workers are rude! I complained and never got a call back. Then they emailed me asking about my experience with getting my complaint resolved! They never did!!
