I have received mail from this post office for 33 years! A while ago, 4-plus years ago, my mail was always promptly delivered from 10.30am-2pm! But, now, there are days that it's NOT delivered until AFTER 5:30pm-6:n30pm or Later-than that!! The Elderly, in Point Arcadia, do forget to grab their mail after 6pm. ! They could lose their identity!

I've had multiple problems with this post office for the year I've lived in this zip code. The workers are lazy rude and are horrible with customer service. Finally whoever delivers the mail too the quail run apartments must not have graduated from high school cause they put mail in the wrong boxs multiple times.

Had my most pleasant visit at a USPS Columbia, SC location here yesterday. I came in 5 minutes before closing. I needed to buy stamps for wedding invitations. They took the time to search the store for event appropriate stamps and get me exactly want I needed to mail invitations and RSVPs.

Horrible customer service with zero sense of urgency. Every time I HAVE to come here because the mailman failed to deliver, it has been a frustrating experience.

Very late mail delivery or no mail delivered at all. Neighbor are having same problems
