4/9/21. postal service should have shut down for the day, unexcusable for having one clerk (star) perform her duties while the rest of her colleagues called out OR did not show up for work! I give her a A+ for being such a patience clerk, and another clerk who help her during this pandemic. NO excuse for anyone to be working that hard by themselves. had to close in order for those ladies to take a lunch break.. great job ladies! poor job postal service.. those ladies need(s) raises, bonuses for today!!

I’ve been waiting for a package that was overnight from Hilton Head. It has been sitting at the Columbia SC sorting center for 3 nights!!! This package was time sensitive. I would have not overnight it and paid for it if I didn’t need to. Terrible service!!

I have been there for ~20 times to drop off packages. Nearly every time I had to wait 20 to 30 mins on the line. There were always not enough employees. Some customers may take over 10 mins to get easy things done at the counter. That problem can be easily avoided if those customers prepare their packages and letters at home, write addresses before coming the post office, and respect other people's time.

can I give zero stars? They don't answer the phone to ask a question about a package that shows received at their location pending acceptance 7 business days ago at 29201 and it has yet to be accepted and delivered to my home address at 29036. how can I get an answer.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. This place doesn't have a clue about good customer service. The carriers they have obviously can't read or know numbers because they're always giving my neighbor my mail and giving me someone else who doesn't even live in my neighborhood. A few weeks ago the carrier broke our mailbox somehow and when we went to the main office on assembly street they wouldn't take care of the issue. They said they asked the carrier did he damage the mailbox and he said know and that they believe him and we would have to take care of it ourselves. They sent someone else out here today and she damaged it even more.
