They don’t deliver but expect you to come to their office and pick it up. This has happened more number of times to me. The card left behind has false reasons for not delivering. Such open lies by USPS staff! Unbelievable! The worst mobile staff I have ever encountered.nThe postal authorities must investigate when there are so many identical reviews.nShame on you USPS, Belton, SC.

The Postmaster wouldn't return our phone calls although we called multiple times. We had a large batch of outgoing checks stolen out of our mailbox right before Christmas. We have been calling since right after Christmas and finally reached her today after being told each time we called (almost daily) that she was either not there or busy. All we asked is that they bring our mail inside of our office instead of leaving it in the mailbox to be potentially stolen. The postmaster refuses to allow the postal worker to bring it to our door although the postal worker has told us several times that she doesn't mind bringing it to the door, but would get in trouble if she did it without the permission of the postmaster because they would see that she stopped. The people there, including the postmaster are very rude and very inconsiderate. We have reached out to several sources and filed a complaint with the USPS. By the way, keep a watch on your mail because someone is going around stealing checks and getting money.

My package was in today,and w asnt even mailed to my home,I leave to go on vacation in the morning and now I don't have what I ordered,and by the time I got the email the post office was closed. This is terrible!

The staff here is so sweet and helpful.

The main lady who works up front is beyond rude. Shes told me she hasnt had my packages multiple times and when i proved her wrong bc i knew they were there she had an attitude without any apology. Every time i come up there about a package she refuses to help me and another lady offered to help do the same thing i asked her to do when she said she couldnt. They have also delivered my package to the wrong house MULTIPLE times.
