Forgot to add my apartment number to an online package so I called them and Daniel helped me out. He was very friendly on the phone and told me it was there. I drove to pick it up from the store and Cynthia greeted me and was also super nice and then got me the package. Great experience at the post office!!
It gets busy but I'm always able to get done whatever I need. I love the employees as they are going above and beyond and I wish they would get more help so they don't have to stay after hours and can return to their families when their work hours are over.
I get it, from day-to-day things might be really slow. But in my experience (5+ times interacting with employees), this location is above average. Also it is situated right next to the 3 most beautiful structures in Provo: the city center temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, the old County Courthouse, and the Nu Skin building! Needles to say it pales in comparison to it's neighbors aestheticaly 😉
Normally great service, but for a while now we’ve been getting next doors mail even though their mailbox is clearly marked. We even put a note up saying to make sure only our mail goes in our box, but we’re still getting mail from other addresses
Employee Richard is extremely creepy and disrespectful to women! He started asking this young girl in front of me inappropriate questions, she was clearly very uncomfortable. It was so hard to watch. Then when I got to the counter he was so rude and disrespectful to me. This man should not be working the counter.
