The postal service workers at this location have been very helpful since getting my post office box. It is a convenient location.
I was told by 2 people that my package was delivered to my neighbor. I haven't received my package or the money for it. My neighbor said they didn't receive it. I don't know what to believe but someone is lying. This could've all been resolved if my package was delivered to my address. I'm feeling SCAMMED!
I've been waiting on a package since Friday. The mail hasn't even been delivered in the last two days. I get a notice on Amazon that there was an issue with the delivery. They didn't even leave a notice of attempted delivery at my door in my mail box. I wait till the next day to see if they would deliver my package, and still nothing. No one's mail was delivered. Idk what's going on but this needs to change.
Our mail carrier is terrible. We constantly get neighbors mail and they get ours and now I have a package with a pricey cellphone that was delivered to the wrong address 3 days ago and they fail to call and update me on what's going on and how they're finding my package. Clearly attention to detail is awful.
Very helpful and knowledgeable. Great customer service.
