They never get my mail right. I shouldn’t have to go to my neighbor’s house to get my mail. Go down to see how this issue would be fixed and got the window shut on my face and my issue wasn’t taken care. I ask to speak with a manager and I get the same guy that shut the window on. Horrible customer service. If I could get my mail any other way, I would.

I was suppose to get two packages on Friday. I waited and waited, but the mail was never delivered to anyone in my neighborhood. I looked up the tracking information on Amazon, it said there was an issue with the delivery. I didn't even get a delivery attempted notice on my door or in my mailbox. So I waited till the next day to see if it would be delivered. Nope, still nothing. Idk what is going on with these delivery serviced, but that is their entire job. To deliver people's packages. This seriously needs to change!

This post office will lie to you. If you are expecting a package and tracking tells you that it was left at your front door, don't believe the tracking especially if it is being delivered to you by this post office. I was told that I had received my package on Saturday. I called the 800 number to open up a case. Then on Monday, I called the post office and was lied to by them that my package was delivered. I told them it wasn't. I got a call way later in the day that the package was being delivered. This isn't the first time they have done this.
