drove by my house and did not leave the package i PAID for needs new people.
Typical government inefficiency. The workers have no incentive to increase productivity. I had to wait in line for 20 mins to just to shipped a box out. The lady at the front desk was just taking her sweet a** time.
I am leaning more towards the good side. Yes there were some misdirected mail but that is was what good Neighbors are for. This might be my fault but I think I need a bigger mailbox, because somendays which it is fully packed; but if I have a Package they know where it needs to go and I can count on it being there or if its raining they keep it will protected.nSo I would give them 3 1/2 stars.....they are working to improve; I think I need to upgrade....LOLnYou All Take Care and God Bless America!!
Can you just answer your phone? I don't want to listen 40 menu options when I just need to talk to the people in the office. I need a real person. Also, a few weeks ago these people refused to accept a package for delivery to our PO BOX and sent it back to the sender. This caused an enormous hassle that ended up dragging out for two weeks because we're only here temporarily and had to find somewhere to re-ship it to. This office is terrible in everything they do.
