I had a package that I was told was “discarded”. I called this USPS and a guy named Steve answered. He was super nice and ended up finding my package and I was able to pick my package up. 10/10 recommended and Steve deserves a raise :)
2 extremely rude workers. Definitely didnt feel wanted in the facility. Highly recommend avoiding this post office
Mail carrier placed a package in wrong cluster mailbox box a month ago and after three times of talking to members I have gotten zero calls of why the mixup happen and where my package is located after they told me that they would talk with the carrier and call me the next day. Two weeks later still haven’t received a single call. Honestly it is super disappointing and unprofessional to leave customers hanging for such an extended period of time.
Whoever one of the lady's is that works there, is incredibly disrespectful and rude. She had an attitude and hung up two times, and all we wanted was information about our package. If you can't be nice to people, do not be working in a position that deals with talking to customers day in and day out!
Called after my carrier left a key for the package box but there were no packages and the tracking showed them delivered. A man named Mark answered and was incredibly helpful. He looked up my information and called my carrier right away to return with the packages. I was very pleasantly surprised by the the great customer service and efficiency in solving my problem!
