Our mail never runs before 5:45 and I have put mail in box that she didn't pick up for days. When I call the post office they are very rude and I would say they need to learn how to talk to people. I'm not the only one that complains.
My mail carrier in Rockingham, NC tossed my package on my front porch and when I opened my box my things were broken!!! I tried calling the 800 number to USPS and there is no option for damaged packages. I kept repeating representative and finally the automated service disconnected the call. Highly frustrated!!!!
Our mail in East Rockingham usually comes between 930 and 10. For the last 3 weeks it don’t come until 530-7. We also get other people’s mail all the time!!!! What is the problem up there?
The Postmaster in our city has no concept of how to talk and treat customers...This man is Rude, does not care and has a terrible attitude....How did he ever get this Job?????
