I’ve always had good service when I’ve gone inside, especially from Jill, but for the second time, the postman drove up my driveway and left the package IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DRIVEWAY when it’s supposed to rain. I have no issue with the post office besides the fact the service from one particular worker is awkward. I don’t know names but one lady worker was nice when handing me my package but the older guy that’s in there? Twice I’ve went in and he doesn’t say anything when he walks to the counter, he just looks at me and then when he hands me my packages and I say thank you, he still doesn’t say anything back. You’re still in a customer service position sir.. at least say how can I help you or something! I hate wasting my breath on people that can’t even say anything to you so from now on, if I go in there and he’s the one behind the counter, I’ll just say my PO Box number and grab my package and leave!
I absolutely love this post office. Everyone is so helpful, so friendly, and will go out of their way to solve a mailing problem (I ship at least 5 packages a week, and receive just as many). Store front is always well stocked with Priority mailing supplies, which is much appreciated.
Jill is amazing and runs a wonderful operation. Mistakes do happen and I wouldn't let other reviews sway you to a different destination to ship or set up a post office box. I ship and receive quite often and have never had an issue, and in fact have never received sub-par customer service. Thank you guys.
Postal carriers cant seem to get the correct mail at the correct address. Careless .... half the time dont pick up outbound mail. Can not be trusted.
