Online orders get slowed down considerably if they end up here
why do your offices allow old employees to come into their old offices? i seen an employee that retired months ago use a code to get into the post office out here without a mask on? are they stealing mail? are they getting other employees sick?
I wish this was a full service post office. Everything I order gets routed thru there though but I can't pick anything up from there. I'm giving 4 stars specifically for the service I received from Katie. I had some intercept packages during the holidays that I did not want delivered to my home. I wanted them delivered to the Patton ave post office so I could pick them up. I was having a problem getting my stuff sent to the Patton ave post office. The supervisor basically couldn't or wouldn't help me. He said I should change my address to the post office if I wanted my packages delivered there. I am only intercepting certain packages to the Patton post office for the holidays. I don't want all my mail to go to the post office forever. Katie and another lady that work there got it set up for my packages to go to the Patton ave post office for now. She actually helped me twice with the same problem. I give Katie 5 stars. I only gave 4 stars because it was so complicated until I talked to her and because I think they should have a place to pick up packages since everything goes there first. Katie. .. .and the other lady did a great job helping me though.
I just appreciate that this is the only place anywhere near my work where I can drop a priority envelope off after 5:00 pm. They probably should have an easily-visible sign saying they have limited hours and are not a full-service post office.
Why would they be closed in the middle of the week? The only post office on this whole side of town and not even open. Big disappointment.
