Definitely my least favorite post office around. Staff is rude every time I come in and it is so cluttered in there. Don’t even get me started on having to call the place, no one ever answers the phone. Having mail delivered is another story. I’m not sure of the guys name but it seems like he doesn’t even like his job. He shoves packages into mailboxes (ones that should be delivered to the door/houses). I’ve had so many things ruined because of this. I know there’s a pandemic going on right now and things are nuts but this has been happening way before this even started. Perhaps it’s time to find new workers
First time here as we usually use the Enka Village one and Enka is always magnificent. This one is not only really run down, but despite being the only ones in there, it took about 10mins to send 3 packages.
Roger K was very helpful to me. I find I always get good service at this post office. The staff makes it easy and quick to send packages.
Really bad service. I drive to Weaverville to mail my packages and out going mail because the women at this location is so mean and hateful. Not sure why this location is still in business.
I live near and go to this post office often. The staff are always kind and super helpful, so much so that I felt the need to write a google review about it! :)
