They returned my package to sender for no reason at all. I called customer service and they said it had been returned to sender already and they could do nothing to fix it. Specifically Mike lied to me, very bad customer service on his end. The package was returned to sender on a Wednesday and according to the shipping updates was finally delivered on Saturday to the sender. So when I called on Thursday morning while the package was in Oshkosh according to the shipping updates I should’ve been able to get it. Mikes gets 0 out of 5 stars.
I ship and receive packages frequently, and when comparing this post office to others around the U.S., I'm pretty impressed with how timely the packages are moved at this location. The staff here is friendly (also applies to the nearby Fremont post office) and they're always very helpful, courteous and quick to answer my questions, or help me find answers if they don't know. The location is easy to find and has pretty good hours for a small town post office. I appreciate the postal workers at these locations and I feel they do their jobs with integrity and honesty. The same cannot be said for all postal locations, especially bigger cities, but I've always had very good results and experiences with these guys (gals)!
Besides being on hold for over a hour. My mail won’t be delivered and is returned to spender. Not understanding why can’t get any answers. Put in a change of address still don’t know if I’ll get my mail.
Been trying to reach someone for an hour no luck not sure why no one is answering not a holiday...
I went to send out two of my packages and the lady thought that I was trying to send drugs since the packages were so thin (there were duck tape wallets in them) then when one of the packages were going to AZ the lady told me the zipcode was wrong when it wasn't. I will now have to repay the shipping since she didn't believe me. The staff is pretty rude
