I put in a change of address and my mail and packages havent been delivered in 2 months. Even though i have my new address on them.

I am so upset with the Biloxi post office. I was delivered a package from Amazon with the item inside worth $35.00 and they did something to break the bottle and it was half gone also they put the item into a zip lock bag that said they are so sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused me and just left the broken bottle in my mailbox and just left it that way. So unprofessional of them to do this. Not only was half the bottle inside of the zip lock bag it also was everywhere inside of my mailbox !! I am so very upset!! People these days just don’t care about other people’s stuff that I paid my hard earned money for. So sad !!

Small and clean. There was hardly any line at all when I arrived about 2 pm. The postal employee was able to quickly get the stamps I needed and complete the purchase. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Super nice staff!

This location is trash.nnI’ve dealt with the same lady for five visits in the past month and, every single time, she has been rude, disrespectful and unhelpful.nShe just assumes everyone is suppose to “know the drill.”nnI live equal distance between the Gulfport and Biloxi locations and won’t have a problem changing my business.

They said my package was delivered but I haven’t get anything.They said the left my package at our front door but I believe no one came to our house on that day.
