The mail delivery on Saturday is AWFUL. Your mail gets delivered to others mailboxes. I’m in school and I been having problems for months receiving my books, they get delivered some where else. I understand we are in a pandemic but last I checked it don’t affect vision. They marked item as delivered but it WASN'T delivered to the right address. I wishI could change how I receive my mail.

I have 2 packages go missing when they are supposed to be coming into the gulfport distribution center. I've complained left and right but now I'm going to start using ups or FedEx. Only leave usps reasonable for the junk mail since that's all they can handle evidently.

When I had my mail on hold, I still received my mail. When I dont have my mail on hold I dont receive any mail at all. Went to the post office and was told if they had mail for me they would have delivered it. Very rude and seemed they didnt want to be bothered.

I got an email from the company I ordered from that the parcel is held at the local post office per customer request 11/17. I have not contacted the post office to request that. Today is 11/20 and I am still waiting.nTwo weeks ago I had an email that my drive way was not accessible. It was completely open. It is a large circular drive way. When I asked the downtown post office what that means the lady answered: “ sometimes they just mark response like that”; so I am going to go Orange Grove branch today to see if my parcel is still there and speak with the manager.nSeems the employees do not care at all.

They cannot put the right mail in the apartment mailboxes. I have at least something every few months to where they do not mail my item correctly. I am especially disappointed this time around, as it was very important for me to have. It was also the last in stock. They put it in the wrong mailbox so it never arrived to me. Additionally I’ve even had expensive textbooks misplaced by USPS into other mailboxes. Horrible. I don’t understand how can they can misplace mail if there’s a designated apartment number for each person, especially packages. Seems like someone can’t read numbers. ud83eudd37‍♀ufe0f
