I scheduled an appointment to do paperwork with my 16 year old daughter like three weeks ago. We got there twenty minutes early and wait in line only to be told the only lady that does the passports was not there. The only reason I gave them a two star is because one of the clerks told us that we could go to the courthouse just down the street.

Carl was an absolute controlling rude man. He nearly didn’t take my packages strictly because I wanted to make a list of the order in which it was processed. He about handed them back to me and told me to go over to the side and make my list, how does that even make sense? They needed to know the sequential order. Definitely making sure to never come back to this location

Mr. Carl always takes care of you asap, courteous as well as stocked, if they're out of something, let em know they'll at least have it in the next time you need! Thanks ya'll!

The front desk was wonderful. the gentleman walked me through getting a PO box and explained every step of the process.

I live far away from my parents and could not help. My parents do not speak and write English. I wrote them a note so she can ask for help at this biloxi USPS. My parents just need to send a letter out and needed help writing our address on the envelop. The guy did not want to help them. My parents did not speak any English and begged for his help. He did not want to help my parents and wanted to kick them out of store. Then my parents reached me over the phone and I nicely asked him for help. He said “No I can’t help and I don’t talk on the phone.” I said “I live far away. I can’t really help.” He said “No I cant help. I want to hang up the phone. I have other customers.” I meant you are a government employee and supposed to help your citizens/residents when they need help. He was quickly to judge and that’s something you should not do as a human yourself.
