mail takes a week to travel 78 mile not just once all the time . Lost mail ( my paycheck is mailed ) only lost 2 this year .
Worst Customer service Ever! No one can just use common sense, mail was stolen and no recourse. Packages should of never been put in mailbox in public spot but postmaster is too lazy to come up with better solution
Worst post office ever. The time I have to go there is between 11-12 and they're never open at that time. Who does that? No other post office I've ever been to! They also don't have any of the packaging I need for my business, unlike ever other post office arpund. Small Town isn't even an excuse, smaller towns around here have the packaging and don't close from 11-12. It's a cop put and they need to step up their game.
Clintonville post office likes to send back mail that they shouldnt many of time causing lots of problems they seemed to care nothing about.
Lady who answered the phone, pretty sure she is the supervisor, she doesn’t take the extra time/step for the customer. Horrible customer service. I always ask for Ryan, he is helpful.
