I wish I had read the reviews before going here. It's the post office - never did I think that I would be leaving a review about a post office. It was THAT bad. Tracy should not be in customer service. I went there for passport renewals for my children. She asked for more documentation than required and refused to submit the application for one of my children. She was rude beyond measure. Read and trust the reviews here. Go anywhere but here.

If I could give zero stars I would. The people in this office are extremely rude. They don’t want to do their job and make any excuse to not to. After jumping through multiple “hoops” to try and get passports processed, even with proof from the federal travel website, they still refused to accept a form of identification. Horrible customer service. It’s no wonder why the USPS is struggling.

I’ve never been compelled to review a place before, but the unbelievably horrible customer service here inspired me to finally do so. A mixture of blatant rudeness and unwarranted lack of patience makes the average customer feel like they’re the dumbest person on planet earth. I wholeheartedly support the Postal Service, but dear god do they need some morale and interpersonal communication training.

Rude employees here, especially Tracy. Really unbelievable place, avoid at all costs. Trust me just drive somewhere else.

I hardly ever write reviews, but the service here was honestly some of the worst I have ever seen.nnI came in just to get stamps, but the entire time I was there the two clerks attending to customers were extremely snippy and disrespectful. There was absolutely no sense of customer service. Just the way they treat people up there is horrendous. They're mad at you for simply breathing the same air as them.nnI get you don't like where you work, but believe me, I want to be there in your presence even less than you want me there.
