This is my neighborhood post office the only post office within my radius and it said that the customer service is so poor it’s like it’s a burden to them to take care of you or answer any questions especially one particular customer service representative very rude. It’s sad ud83dude1e

Terrible service. Carries are lazy. They park in the drive way. I also received a delivery notice sheet but nobody knocked on the door when I’ve been home all day!

Today a sub carrier left my package next door and left their package lying on my porch. he made two mistakes at the same time

I ordered a package from New Zealand, and there was no other option than to use the USPS. Understandably they attempted to deliver it, of course I wasn't here, so I got the orange slip of Doom on the door. I followed the steps on the slip and tried to get redelivery scheduled online, I got a confirmation email and a text, the package never came. So the following day I filled out the slip and signed it and gave instructions for the driver to leave it inside of a large enclosed can, the driver took the slip and did not leave the package. So yet again I tried to go on to their website with my tracking number and set up again a redelivery. When I go to the website it still says in transit even though the delivery was supposed to happen Saturday the 29th. I've been informed that my package is being returned to sender on the 1st of March. I work for Amazon, I wish they would take over for the postal service and fix the madness that they bestow on us all. How are they still in business?nnEdit, there was an extremely nice and helpful lady that found my package for me today. It was scheduled to be returned tonight. I guess sometimes you just have to go and do things yourself.
