Honestly this place sucks.... so my review is not directed towards the P.O. as a whole but for the worker Lindsay who 9/10 answers the phone. This lady is amazing and very helpful. I have called about a package not being delivered and it really was just hidden near my garage. She told me it was by my garage after I called about the missing package and didn’t get annoyed that I called because me myself made a mistake so great job Lindsay !!! However this place is horrible and just disappointing. I’ve lost almost 50$ worth of profit off a selling app because they failed to scan my packagesnn1 Star for the place as a wholenAnd a 5 Star to Lindsay !!!

Ridiculous. I had two packages go out yesterday. I sell on vinted a clothing app and one out of the two packages I had shipped had not been scanned and now I lost 45$ worth of profit. Workers are rude and unhelpful. Don’t get me wrong some are very polite but all depends on who answers the phone. I am very upset. So now the buyer of my items will revive their package and I will not get the money since they were lazy and didn’t scan the package . I know this because one package was notified as “shipped” but the other one was not. Very upset. This was not my fault it was theirs and they were not very helpful and the excuse was “our internet is not working” if that was the case how come one package shipped and one didn’t ? Keep in mind I DROPPED BOTH PACKAGES OFF AT THE SAME DAY!!

I had to request a new lock and key to the mailbox within the apartment complex that I live in. I payed the service charge up front, and they assured me that someone would be out in an hour or two to change the lock and pass on the new keys. No one showed up that day or knocked on my door. I called the next day asking what happened, and I was assured that someone came out, and only forgot to pass on the keys. I then had to take time out of my workday to get the keys from the office before they closed. When I returned home, the lock had in fact, never been changed, rendering my 'new keys' useless to me.nnThis sort of miscommunication, neglect, and confusion happening in a federal office is completely inexcusable. Please, be careful with this office when requesting a similar service where payment is asked up front and the service to be given later!
