On October 21, 2020 I went to this location to mail a priority mail envelop. It was filled out and sealed outside of the location. The location has a sign posted requiring a mask. Mine was destroyed by my dog and I did not have another at the time. I also require all of the oxygen I can get, which does not enable me to wear a mask all of the time. I attempted to get service, but was refused service and treated very ruudly by the manager, Michael Evans. He offered no solution and this location does not have a self-service kiosk. I have always tried to use USPS, as my tax dollars support it, but the behavior toward me was ruud, unprofessional, and unacceptable. The official USPS policy is they recommend patrons wear a mask, but service will not be denied if a mask is not worn. This manager should know the USPS policy. With people like him, it is no wonder the USPS is struggling. I went to UPS instead where they were great.

Helpful and everyone was wearing PPE.

I was there yesterday and half of the clients are not warring mask, this is unacceptable . WE are in a pandemic war and peoples are not following the protocol, this is just scary .

Always friendly, the folks at this PO in particular helped me out of a big jam and found a package tracking that I had lost. The USPS nation call center wasn't very helpful but these guys made it happen.

This is the second time I’ve had to pick up my monthly scheduled deliveries from the post office, but they leave a note saying they need a signature to leave it, not true. I went into post office after trying to call for 2 days with no answer during working hours, they said that there wasn’t room on the truck for it.n*Here’s the problem, my son is bed/ wheelchair bound and oxygen dependent and wears a size of diapers that you can’t just go to the store and pick up! We depend on the convenience of mail delivery,it helps our lives tremendously! It is not helpful or what I signed up for , if I have to go pick it up myself. *I get that there might not have been room, but please make a second trip and please don’t tell me you tried to deliver and need a signature when then face to face you tell me you just didn’t have room . You do have a job that some people find very helpful for their lives to run as smoothly as possible. Thanks for your time .
