I really have no complaints! Our USPS lady (and guy) seem to go above and beyond, never had any issues in the 5 years I lived here. Also, they're always super nice and accommodating at the local 1101 W 40th St. post office.
When the manager Cheryl is there working she goes over and beyond bit the other mangers and mail carrier put my mail at the leasing office own personalail box and I am on the disable list.nThank you.
They don’t ever answer the phone. My package wasn’t delivered with mail or at the expected time. I went early that morning to pick my package up to avoid a situation like this but they wouldn’t let.
My mail is always late. My mail is always put in the wrong mail box. My neighbors mail is always in my mail box. The postal worker won't deliver my package to my house. This is ridiculous.
Thoughtful efficient service every time I walk in the door.!!! These folks take their responsability to the community seriously, and we are lucky to have them in the Alton Park / St. Elmo neighborhood!!!
