We get the wrong mail at least twice a month. We just got a small package addressed to someone on an entirely different street, not even in the neighborhood!nAnd today I had a mail truck follow very closely behind me... when I applied my brakes to get into my neighborhood's turn lane, I saw the driver flip me off. Really classy for a business that doesn't do a great job.
Went to the store and shipped a standard small box. I payed for premium 2 day shipping it's been almost 5 days and it doesn't even say where it's at. Very disappointed and I'd go to fedex where your package will actually arrive on time.
For the last five years that I have lived here, my mail has gone to other people. Luckily my new neighbor, to the left, DELIVERS my mail lile the family who lived there before did. Who knows if the other neighbors are getting my mail! This is very frustrating. I hope that all of our ABSENTEE BALLOTS make it here. If so, we will be dropping them off in an official ballot box. We can't rely on this USPS location. We never had these issues before. The only reason that I gave one star is because the staff in the building is helpful and friendly.
This post office is the best ever. Extremely well-run. The postmaster does an impeccable job. The representatives that assist you inside are very knowledgeable and fast and also super nice. The carriers/delivery persons are amazing. I am so grateful for the people at this location and the outstanding service they provide.
How does a post office not even have a selection of bigger sized boxes...
