My email showed package had been delivered. Went to the P.O. supervisor said it’s been delivered according to the tracking number or the mail carrier might have put it in the wrong box. She indicated she will call the carrier and call me back. She Never did. Very poor service.Line is always long and only one clerk.
I absolutely cringe at the idea of going to this particular post office ud83cudfe4 I actually drive to one that’s further away just to get better service.nnNot sure if they’re supposed to greet you upon arrival but they do not.nnThey are ALWAYS under staffed or just slow. You can be waiting for over a hour in here.nnIf you’re waiting to pick up a package ud83dudce6 there’s no organized way to do it. If you get in line they say wait by the wall. Which will be another 30 minute wait. If you come in and wait by the wall the ignore your existence.nnThe employees are NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE about anything. You can ask a simple question and they say I don’t know.nnDo better for our neighborhoods this is why they kick us out!
Every package sent from here has been lost or stolen.
This is one of the poorest Post Offices in Atlanta with sorry customer service.They keep a bad attitude, don't want to work nor answer the phone. Should be shut down immediately.Im sick of them mishandling packages and mail. Its getting personal now. They have to many bad ratings and complaints. Something needs to be done NOW!!!
THEY STEAL PACKAGES!! This is the office that delivers to my address and this is my 2nd missing package. There should be no reason that my packages should be missing.
