One of the workers stole my $1500 laptop that was being shipped to me. Can't even get ahold of a real person because there is no direct phone number listed
She has a sign on the door saying that she is out for lunch and will be back at 2:30. I saw the sign up at 1 and it is now 4. Can you guys please hire someone else because this person obviously does not care about their job or other people's time.
I returned to usual post office in route of taking care of business only to be racially discriminated against by post office clerk by the name of Geetha Kariba. I assume she didn't recognize me this visit. Normally she recognizes my handwriting. Due to my two forms of payments declining, Ms. Kariba assumed I did not have payment. After purchase of postage, Ms. Kariba had a really disgusting attitude that I saw for the first time for some awkward reason. I asked for her supervisor name. Last name Anderson. Visit was highly disappointing and I will NOT return to this location. Very BAD.
The service is unsatisfied there is 2 line and near one is move I been in hear for over 30 minute just to get a money order and the line having move yet. I not hear one person any say I sorry for the wait time and thank you for you your patience we need to do better.
The ladies at the counter are always pleasant and helpful.nYou can expect this downtown location to be busy on the usual days and at usual times.
