The customer service is not the best..they do not above and beyond to assist, if necessary . Frankie was not helpful and his female counterpart customer service was also subpar. This post office need to hire individuals who takes customer service seriously and act like they really want their jobs. I am not one to give reviews but today was definitely a disappointing visit.
The staff it is rude. Always I go there they look like bother because my accent. Yesterday I went there and the person just was saying “I don’t understand what you said” in a very rude way in front of everyone. Today, I went there and the person corrected me with a rude actitud because I pronounced a word incorrectly. They need a costumer service training rush for all the staff starting with the management. Also how to approach to people form other countries. This it is a office close to a military installation and it is sure they will work with people from other languages and countries. It is a shame that we feel discriminated in a USPS office.
Every time I submit a request to hold my mail, whether that's online or mailing in the yellow card, they never seem to start my request on the specified date! Why even have this service if you can't be competent enough to do your job? I even called this location a few days before the requested start date to verify that they received the yellow card I mailed in, and the person I spoke to confirmed the start and end dates. They still delivered my mail while I was away!!! I kept receiving the informed delivery notifications in my email each day and I even have them on our security cameras putting mail in our mailbox. Unbelievable. Don't use the contact form on USPS's website because they are too slow to respond, just call this location directly if they don't honor your hold mail request.
The window staff is very efficient and knowledgeable. I appreciate getting in and out in a timely manner.
Workers don't even try to deliver packages. Always end up having to wait extra days to pick up packages because they refuse to deliver.
