Went in the morning and I was the only one in there, tried asking for help with mailing a package because I had a prepaid package. The postal worker in there was on the phone was loud, rude, and not helpful. I end up paying for a box that I didn't need. So much for good customer service

Ladies at the front were sooo sweet and bared with me while trying to figure out how to mail a package! Thank you!!

I mailed off 2 bills , 1 end of November still hasn’t be received but Gas co. & the other a card payment from December 5 still not received. Really SORRY service & USPS wants a raise do your jobs correctly the 1st time. Mail in my my box either wrong Person mail at my address or mail late or package crammed in mail box. Bills still not received as of today 12/29/20. Postal employees should check drop boxes throughly.nMy family is paying online now USPS will not be getting any more money from us!!!! Service sucks

I can't believe that my order says that it was delivered on September 16th at 11:30 something a.m. well we don't get our mail until almost 6:00 p.m.. the first customer service person that I spoke to said that they put it in my mailbox and for some reason to get back the second customer service rep that I talked to said that it was going to be redelivered to my house even though it was never delivered because I have cameras and two ring doorbells so I see and am notified every time I get mail I'm disabled and I am home 24/7. But now I just got off the phone with the third customer service rep only to find out that my package that I never received in the first place even though all the information address is correct on the label and in their system has now been returned to sender. why would it be returned to sender if I never even got the mail to begin with. This was $50 worth of product for somebody who gets social security that's a lot of money to pretty much be throwing away if the company which I'm praying to God will work with me and hopefully go through a different mailing company because this is ridiculous. And I pray to God that they actually put my request through so I can talk to a supervisor about this but I'm pretty sure that I will never hear from a supervisor because nobody wants to do their job and then they want to blame it.. lazy people I swear..
