The good reviews must be from the people who work there. The customer service is slow and they seem to think they're doing you a favor by being there. The woman behind the counter couldn't have moved slower if she was a slug. She's not a people person.
I had a fantastic experience! There was no line at all and the clerk who assisted me was positive and had great customer service. I actually just left the post office and was nervous due to the negative comments on Google. I will definitely be back to this post office since the one in Dacula always has a line and has no customer service.
I had to mail a package today. I don't want to give any stars but I had to rate it. This black woman at the counter did not want to speak to me at all. Her silence spoke louder than words... She just rang the price up and didn't even ask what I need. I had to ask her. I maybe Asian but i speak perfect English. I ran out of tape at home and I asked if I could use her tape and she just point to it. A customer next me kindly offer tape from her purse. Please please please.... DO NOT serve customers if you don't like customer service. Work in the back please!
I brought in over 300 packages. The lady was really nice and helped me through it pretty quick.
They never make an effort to deliver packages or important mail documents. They'll lie and say they made an attempt so you have to show up in the office to pick up your stuff. Typical lazy, useless, uncaring government office.
