Absolutely incredible! I spent top dollar to have a package delivered to the tax collector's office in Fort Pierce. I received an alert telling me delivery failed because there was no access to the delivery location. Upon calling the local post office and speaking with Mary Lou, she took my name and phone number, promise to call me back and in fact did. It turns out that the Express carrier was given incorrect directions and went to the wrong door where they got no answer. Mary Lou instructed the carrier on the proper place and the issue was resolved immediately.
Always waiting forever to receive packages! Can't get in touch with anyone in customer service. I have a package currently sitting in this facility 6 days and has not been delivered! Poor customer service! Time to use other sources.
I am only giving one start bc I can’t find out a way to complain about my mail man. The one I had for years was so polite and always left packages at the door instead of not delivering them, always said hi how r u, was amazing in every aspect. Now my park has a new mail man and we all agree he is terrible. Extremely rude, speeds through my neighborhood , spoke very disrespectful to me and others and refuses to answer questions about mail. Can anyone please tell me how to report him?
I have been waiting on my package all day, I work from home. I watch for the mail person to arrive constantly looking out the window. My package is coming the United Kingdom. I need this package to meet a deadline in the morning, I watch the mail person pull up to my mailbox, I grab my shoes, go out to the box, my package is a disk, so I am thinking that they left it in the box, I knew I had to sign for it. WELL NO! There is a slip that says sorry we missed you while you were out!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! THE LAZIEST BUNCH OF OVERPAID PEOPLE I HAVE EVER EVER SEEN. NO WONDER YOU CAN'T TRUST THE USPS FOR YOUR MAIL. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME WITH THIS POST OFFICE. I have informed my contacts in the UK to no use the postal service again, courier it to me other ways. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!
I just moved here 3 weeks ago and changed my address online. With that you get pics emailed to you of all the mail coming to you. Well I only get about 60% of my mail consistently. Most things I dont receive coincidently enough are mailer coupons. Seems someone in a mail truck wants to save too! Then we have certified mail coming that needs to be signed for. Important items from lawyers. Guess what? Never came to the door even though we were home and outside. Had to drive all the way to the office to pick it up. Now that we are here they say its UPS. No its not!!! Its USPS!!! Never had any issues like this before where we lived. This is a nightmare that seems will continue. Great!
