I just had an absolutely amazing experience with the USPS team. They were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, polite and professional. I had a very important package to send and they took the stress out of it by walking me through it and explaining all my options. Top notch service, thank you!

Never get mail correctly. If there’s a package, forget it, they won’t even attempt to deliver it, they just send it for you to pick up. Same with anything that needs a signature. I will watch them out the slip in about going to the post office without even attempting to give it to you. We go days without it mail and then get a ton of mail all at once days later. The people in the actual post office at this location have zero customer service and do not understand how the postal service works. Never had this many issues anywhere else but here.

Horrible horrible service, lady had a attitude and was very rude, she thought it would be a good idea to yell across the post office as I’m walking out .... worst customer service of any place I have ever been. Do yourself a favor and drive downtown instead and avoid this place at all cost if you want to be treated with any type of dignity.
