They have phone issues which could be due to understaffing or the pandemic. When I was able to get someone on the phone they were polite and very helpful and were able to get my package scheduled for today. I've never been to this location as I am new to the area so I don't know how busy they get; however, the gentleman that I spoke with was very nice and extremely helpful.
They lost my package from Walmart.com! Had to order twice. They did not even try to deliver my package so it has been sitting there for almost a week. I had a 2 day shipping also. Can’t even talk to a real agent there. Worst experience ever!
Horrible service, they will not pick up the phone or deliver packages, you have to pick them up! Never experienced anything like this!!!nnI have a package due today and it is a certainty they will not deliver it and will even claim I asked them not to deliver! I did not!!!
The worst post office in history. How is it Amazon has no problem finding my address but this post office can't?? Ridiculous
Worst location ever! Mail carrier keeps mail or never delivers! My home is a vacation home which I am in 7 months a year. When I’m not here, I have a manager collect my mail. I have gone into the post office and filled out a form to “open“ my mailbox. But for some unknown reason other than the mail carrier does not feel like delivering mail, he keeps closing it off again. Ridiculous. Get it together. You should be shut down.
