Nice wide open post office with lots of parking and counters to fill out documents and envelopes. Plus they have post office boxes too! And best of all you can have a passport picture taken and turn over appropriate documentation (appointments only, though).nnA good fairly quick experience, as far as post offices go!
I want to applaud mail carrier Amy for helping me save money on my package. She felt my box was too light for $65 and decided to put my gift bags in another box that ended costing me $21!! Thank you so much!! You are appreciated.
They LOST an entire month's worth of my mail and failed to stop and forward my mail to my new address despite filling out the proper forms and complaining twice to supervisors about mail continuing to be sent to my old address. Beyond furious with the incompetent postal service right now.
Refused service by whitney. She sent me to a different employee because she didn’t want to deal with us. Sadly my wife had the baby with her witnessing all of this. Luckily a different employee was able to assist. Work on your customer service whitney because it doesn’t make sense that you work and don’t enjoy the job you do. Practice on how you can become a better employee dealing with customers who are people just like you. Will avoid this post office at all costs based on how the employees act towards the customers.
I hope they go out of business. Try calling its a real laugh.
