I haven't received a package that's a few weeks due. I asked for help with the information I have from the seller. The supervisor took a look at the tracking number I have and told me he couldn't help me. Didn't ask for my address or the sellers address or any other inf. Didn't even guide me to someone that actually knows what they are doing. I decided to write a review and notice that other patrons have had the same experience. Excellent customer service guys!
Asked man at counter to help me deal my package and he said he doesn’t even want to touch it so I left. They don’t even want my package lol.. ** just left the location at largo and man there sealed my package for me and even wrapped it a few times with tape!
I’ve been going there for the past year and I simply love the stuff. Always very helpful. There is usually someone different working there when I go, but this week Keith was the one who helped me and he was awesome. Thank you!nnAnd the building is a very nice classic building if you like architecture.
I went today to get 2 money orders and, Will, the teller, was very rude with me. I told him I am using the company card to pay for it and I identified myself as the CEO of the company and I showed my ID and even took my mask out when he said to me with contempt that he can't see my face. also showed him other cards with my name on it from the company, and told him I need to use the other card that has my employee's name plus the company name on it. He refused to let me use it and just refuse to give me service and just pulled out the money orders and did not even explained or acknowledge me for my originations and ignored me completely. This is not okay. Is very bad customer service from this guy which has been very serious every time I tried to talk to him. Is not like Charlie, Charlie is a decent man and very professional and very courteous guy. Will, don't even care about people and I have seen him being very rude to other customers too. Seems that he does not care about his job or the company. He can be whatever he wants but He should not be working with people if he does not care about them.
Been living in Clearwater since 2002 and using the Clearwater Post Office here and there. I will go out of my way to NOT use this specific post office. The employees that work there have generally a bad attitude towards customers. What I mean is they are in absolutely no hurry and treat most customers with disdain, except if they know you. If they perceive that you are in a hurry at all they slow down. The same front staff have been working there for years! Post office’s are not run like a business. The machines they use for transactions are from the 1990’s, someone with business experience needs to take over the USPS nationally and bring in up to the 2020’s.
