I’ve gone inside to ship packages several times now. I honestly had no idea what I was doing. The staff was so helpful and patient and pleasant. I was so grateful

Single worst post office in my 65 years of life. Consistently looses and/or misdelivers packages. Doesn't respond to tracking requests, falsely leaves delivered information on informed delivery when package was not delivered, won't respond to inspector general inquiries, supervisors fail to return calls in a timely fashion. Today, post office delivered a package back to me that I had personally gone into office and handed to them to ship out. Additionally, lost all my click and ship packages sent yesterday. These post office employees need to be dismissed and someone actually deserving of a paycheck hired. Unfortunately for us here in Jupiter, we have zero alternatives for receiving our mail. SHAME ON YOU USPS.

Keeps losing every handwritten piece of mail. Obviously someone inside the post office is stealing mail. We get pics of the mail that arrives to this post office but then it never makes it to our mailbox. And we are supposed to feel sorry for the post office cuz you are 8 billion in debt? You have one job to do!

I never leave reviews but I have to with this one. You’d think having a 2 star rating on google, they might try to fix things but I don’t foresee that ever happening. This is by far the worst post office I’ve ever been to in my entire life. You’d think being in Jupiter it would be decent but NO. They never answer the phone. The self serve machines in the lobby are always out of service or don’t have stamps. They will actually LOCK the metal package drop off so you can’t put a package in there. There are never any priority boxes or supplies in the lobby and there’s always trash. Not to mention, it stinks. Like it literally smells like a homeless person. I have to drive all the way to Tequesta to get anything done bc this place is a joke.

Since covid it became worse every single time. Only 2 people working and a line that never ends and that never moves. Every time you go there lately, you end up losing 1 hour of your day. Please get more people behind the counter working, the way it was before
