I went on Saturday afternoon. There was a lot of people in the store but the line moved fast because they had enough workers. The clerk that helped me could've been friendlier. He kept muttering and I wasn't sure if he was talking to me or the other clerk.nGreat parking and prime location.
I got my US citizenship in November 2020 and was ecstatic to apply for a US passport before Christmas 2020. Three weeks after I applied, got a call from a person in Miami saying that he has all our passport applications. This USPS branch sent our application with all the important documents to the wrong address. The staff here are very irresponsible.
The old white male postal worker that delivers mail to the shopping center on Lake Worth Rd and Military does not wear a mask when walking into businesses. He literally walked into 411 Kitchen Cabinets while I was with their sales rep without a mask on and just smiled at me. It is wreckless, inconsiderate, and frankly, illegal. Considering he is a federal employee one would expect a responsible level of conduct, wherein he adheres to the current County ordinance.
IM HIGHLY IMPRESSED WITH THIS POST OFFICE LOCATION. Mr. JOE WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND HELPFUL M . BEST SERVICE IVE EVER HAD IN 23 years. Thank you joe.
Brian and Ann did a wonderful job! I had to wait for about 15 minutes for a passport appointment and the line for packages was out the door. These two were so quick and efficient with every customer they made the line look like nothing! They were both polite and kind to everyone and made sure everyone stayed safe through COVID. The woman who helped me with my passport was also amazing (although i cannot remember her name unfortunately) but she absolutely made my day! I cannot say enough great things about these 3 workers today at the post office. Today was by far my best experience at a post office ever.
