This 5 stars for the manager ( Joseph Diglio) how much he love and credibility for his work. I came explain my problem, He was an ear of listening to my problem and tried effortlessly possible to solve it and reach a solution that would satisfy the parties. Already this manager must be rewarded for his dedication and professionalism in his occupation. America will be great again if they have men like Joseph!

Ordered new equipment from Amazon to be delivered to my place of business. My package was unable to be delivered as we were closed that day. Perfectly understandable. I go to the post office, wait 10 minutes in line and ask for my package. I'm told they can't give me ANY information without a tracking number. So I have to go to my place of business to access the Amazon account and get the tracking number. According to both Amazon AND the post office's phone menu, my package was being held at the post office. I wait another 10 minutes in line and when I reach the counter, I'm told that the package is on a truck for delivery. I guess that's information that the person it's being delivered to doesn't need to know.

One star for the guy that wasn't capable of printing a new label and instead was rude and set out to make me look delusional.nnAlthough he didn't initially explain things very well, at least your coworker was able to do your job and in a polite manner.

the customer service is very bad ,the are not friendly and the traying to run your business one look to me like Indian and one Latino i like the manager to contact me please this is not the first time .this is the only post office the customer service is so bad and nasty

Been using this PO since back in the early 2000s and we’ve never had an issue. It’s true it’s become “run down” looking over the years, and there dropnBox is permanently “not working”, but for a quick dropnOff or stamp purchase, it’s got the best hours and the people are always kind.nI would highly suggest they clean up the outside and inside a great deal and fix the drop box, it’s really not a clean Post Office.nAs for the people and hours I wouldn’t change a thing.
