The people who work here are super friendly and do there best to provide customer service. During the holidays lines can be long as expected but you can clearly see them workiy effeciently and there well staffed. I also find the workers here very informative and will do there best to save you a dollar. I hope they keep up the great work!

I love this post office. The employees are friendly, well versed and they are attentive. They make themselves available to answer questions and the line moves quickly. This is by far my favorite post office in the area, easily accessible and always lots of parking. Thank you so much to the Deerfield beach USPS team!
When I called this location to ask a simple question about if my package was located at this center or the other in deerfield Veatch the gentleman who answer seemed agitated that I had called and was very put off. He kept cutting me off so I could barely get a word in. He took my tracking number and said he would call back with the information and hung up on me. Now that thats said, when he called back he was actually quite pleasant and apologized for the confusion and mix up of the information. Being in the customer service industry for 20 years I can understand if you're having a bad day, moment, things aren't going well personally but, I have learned to never take it out on the customer becuase we have nothing to do with what's going on in your life. That being said I really appreciate how much more sincere he sounded when he called back hence the 3 stars and not 1. I hope he had a better day.
The staff here do an outstanding job. They are courteous end professional. Keep up the good work!
