Very friendly staff, just wish they were open a little earlier. If you’re not sure which size package to use, they will help you find the best one at an affordable price.
Horrible service. Packages arrive a week late continuosly and when you ask them, they cant even track it. No point of having tracking number . Absolute worst service ive had ever. Stick to fedex and ups
The worst service ever. Poor customer service. The line is so long and it's literally 1 person working, maybe 2 if you're lucky. I have never in my life seen such a DISASTER. It's no wonder funding is being cut. Who comes to stand in line for 20-30 minutes just to send mail off? That's horrible. Might as well be a voting precinct.nDON'T COME HERE.... DRIVE FURTHER AWAY TO MAIL YOUR ITEMS.
Absolutely absurd wait time - 1 employee working despite it being Monday morning and already a dozen ppl online. Also tracking info for this carrier has been two days off for months around here literally saying something has been “delivered” when it has in fact not. Also outrageously warm inside the building thank God I arrived early otherwise would have been stuck outside in the sun with a mask on. Please get it together USPS
