This my second package stuck at this post office for over 29days. What are y’all doing their I pay for shipping to receive it at a certain time.

The worst thing that can happen to anyone it’s for your package get to this location I’m so disappointed with this service my mail it’s sitting there for 10 days now and no answer at all from the dispute I made to usps... I just give up and made sure next time I order will be via ups or fedex this center don’t even deserve one star ..ud83eudd2f
I don’t understand why my packages even need to go through this facility. On average my package remains stuck for several days then all of a sudden it’s “lost” clearly the employees are stealing and federal police need to step in. It’s crazy how long this has been going on. I wouldn’t be surprised if one day someone came in and goes “postal” on everyone .
why have phone? i keep using its service but it never change its a mess well nothing in Opa locka works
