US Post Office

Great customer service at the office. I commend all postal workers especially mail carriers. Always working under harsh weather and long hours. They are not recognized enough, thank you.

I had a delivery scheduled today 3/23/21 that I’ve been tracking all day. I waited all day on the first floor of my apartment in case they knocked. I didn’t find out they “attempted delivery” until I logged on to Amazon to track. What’s funny is no one knocked or left a note but the employee claims he did, yet I received mail in my mailbox. If you put two and two together he or she saw the walk they had to take from the street and up the stairs and they didn’t feel like doing all that work so they claimed they attempted delivery. Now I have to wait until tomorrow because of this employee. God knows if it’s another employee that will purposely do the same thing. I hope my orders are straight from Amazon from now on because usps employees obviously don’t want to do the extra work of getting out their vehicles.

Call them, you'll see the level of attention to the customer. Horrendous.

I really hope one day they help these men and woman and give them good trucks and help them out how the government really should. Thanks for your hard work, things happen it's life.

What is the point of having a phone if you never answer during business hours? What is the manager of this location doing about all these bad ratings and complaints? This is obviously something that has been going on for a while. Or maybe the manager is the one that is supposed to answer the phone? Really? Your business hours are very limited. Most people work during your business hours. Answering the phone will make sense.
