The postal workers at this location are very nice and will help as much as possible if customer encounters a misplaced package. I recently had an issue with a package that was delivered to the incorrect parcel locker (error that can happen to anyone and this is the first in over 20 years for me). I called the office, i believe i spoke to Jackie who was SUPER nice. I explained my situation, she passed the message to the courier assigned to my route and the courier reached out to me and even placed the package on my door step after retrieving it from the incorrect parcel locker it was delivered too. Mistakes will happen. Approaching these hard working postal workers in the best manner possible will always result in efficient solutions. Thank you so much Jackie and to your staff for resolving this for me and in a timely manner!

Long line because COVID but they were fast and kindly people
They are constantly putting somebody elses mail in my mail box .nToday 2 different neighbors brought me my mail placed on their mail box.
