Not happy the way they handle the mail, i am tried of dealing with incompetent mail personal, they dont know to communicate grrr totally annoy with the way they do thing. poor services lack of respect...
Delivery person is not bringing shipped medication to my door for required signature. This has happened many times. I am home at the time as I receive an alert from company that the med is arriving on that day. I am thinking he is forging my signature on required delivery. I will initiate an investigation.
Waited 2 hours for a call back.said it would be an hour..didn't mind that. The young lady that took the call back was very rude I'm guessing she is new.so I'll be nice but in advance let me say some times people are hard of hearing as I am..and you some times have to repeat your self so young lady you may want to change your attitude if you are going to work a government job ok...
Incompetent drivers who can’t deliver packages to a correct address used for shipping!!! One star- I will be raising hell at your office Monday since you can’t put an address into a GPS correctly to deliver your mail!!!
Slow and incompetent are the requirements and they fulfill them with flying colors. Completely unwilling to offer any help or possibly just don't know how. Shining example of why the USPS should just close down.
