11/2020 Update. Still the worst postal service office and overall unit in the world. No wonder mail in ballots for the presidential elections had so many issues.nnUnderstaffed during pick hours. To make thing worse the tellers go on a chit chat with customer making the wait time more agonizing.
I am beyond tired of waiting for packages to be delivered and the carrier just not feeling like getting out of their vehicle to drop something off at the front door. Every single Saturday delivery is marked as undeliverable because they say they could not access our front door. Meanwhile, every Saturday I am home and watch as they just drive by our house and then I end up getting a notification stating my delivery is postponed. Today was the absolute worst. My package was due to be delivered yesterday and was postponed. Then it went out for delivery today, mind you it was a costume for Halloween which now will be unusable, and again the driver marked it as undeliverable, this time because no one answered the door.... I was sitting in my living room and no one attempted to even ring a doorbell.
Our carrier flat out lied, again, regarding a delivery of a package. The carrier once again stated in the delivery update that they attempted to deliver my package however, I know they didn't even try to drive down my road because the trail camera doesn't lie, he/she does. You can't get the Groveland, Florida Post Office to answer their phone. The carrier doesn't update the delivery information so you don't know if they have it with them or at the Post Office. Now, I have to take time off of work to go to the Post Office to pickup a package that I ordered so I wouldn't have to take time out of work to purchase. Amazon takes my Prime Membership fee yet, doesn't do anything to correct this ongoing issue. This happens EVERY, SINGLE, TIME I have a package that is to be delivered by the USPS out of the Groveland Post Office. Free Amazon delivery isn't free if I have to take time out of work in order to go and pick up my package. I will be filing a formal complaint with the USPS. No wonder the USPS is failing. They don't deserve one star but, you can't post without rating.
The slowest Post Office ever!!!, can clearly see lines are out the door. AND STILL will only have one person working ..and they have to talk to everyone. Can not just close you mouth and work..
This is the 4th time my mail has been affect by the carrier’s negligence. This time unfortunately it was a much needed check that will now have to be cancelled and reissued! I am CONSTANTLY getting my neighbors mail. The carrier needs to take his or Her time to ensure people get the mail they need! I have gotten a random persons packages as well. What if there was much needed medication in those packages and they had to go through getting it sent back and returned?! Calling tomorrow, if I could make as less stars I would. Sucks I am forced to deal with them.
