Heber City Post Office

Heber Post Office is a joke. I paid extra for a package to be here today that is needed for tonight. It was out for delivery this morning, then said “no access” I called the PO and spoke with Kathy and asked her why it said no access. She said “the mailman couldn’t find the neighborhood mailbox and i told him not to worry about it until Monday. You can pick it up today or wait until Monday.” I said “great I’ll pick it up right now, that time do y’all close?” She said “we just closed so I guess you’ll have to wait until Monday.” I’d would give the Post Office and Kathy ZERO stars if google would let me. Every interaction I’ve had with this Post Office, theyve always been rude or irritated that I have questions for them.

Post man hit our dog on purpose. We live on a dead end turn around street. Our dog was right at the end of our driveway. On an electric fence well within his boundary. No help from the postmaster. Driver wears noise canceling headphones....what if it had been a child? Now there is construction...not on our street UPS comes down, FedEx comes down the street for what ever reason the post man can't. No one will answer the phone at the post office nor will we get an answer at the post office. worst run office in the system.

Our mail is mixed up with every other business on the block and to make matters worse, any packages delivered get put in the wrong box. We have waited upwards of 2 weeks for them to fix the problem with consistent calls to the office to have them fix it.

Terrible service. Nothing is ever correctly delivered. Didn’t think it could get worse than Midway.
