Wow. The best USPS Post office experience ever! Located in a cute, historical building with a window box of fresh flowers. Friendly and helpful service. I was in and out to send a few packages. Exactly the kind of post office experience you want, but rarely get!
Horrible service. So late and inconsiderate
I paid for a PO Box online and tried to finalize paper work at the office to get my box. Right as I walked in the staff said very rudely said we are closed, and all I could do is laugh from shock because of how rude they were. All they could say is this isn’t a joke so we’re not joking we are closed and pointed to the door while saying we don’t have time for your PO Box so be here tomorrow. Even the other patrons stopped me in the parking lot and stated how rude and unacceptable their behavior was and that they had been rude to everyone one while they were in the lobby. I would go anywhere else for mail if I had the option, this is the worst I have ever been talked to or treated. Simple solution of saying sorry we are really behind tonight would you mind coming back tomorrow?
My experience here has been great so far. They have gone above and beyond to help me get a package that went to the wrong place. Much better than previous experiences with USPS.
