They do not answer the phone. Trying to social distance and not go places but looks like I will have to pay them a visit for a 5 second question. They even pick up the phone and hang it up.
I love this small but full service post office. Staff are always friendly to me and I can get the supplies and services I need. Never a long wait time, except of course, for Christmas. Stopped in today to get the new Bugs Bunny Stamps, which are amazing. Yay!
The staff are kind and courteous and have helped me ship whatever I've needed. Could use more staff behind the counter, but that seems more like a structural problem than a particular problem of the staff working there.
Will not answer the phone! I have lost mail and now a package!
The service they provide is insufficient and insulting. I have lived at my address for over a year and I have yet to actually have my packages delivered. My lazy mail lady brings all my packages back to the post office no matter what the size and refuses to leave a note or instructions on how to receive them
