It seems every time I go to the post office, Cheryl has a terrible attitude and is extremely rude with the people that in fact she works for. Do better.
Our mail is typically delivered around noon. For the last week we dont receive our mail til after dark.
Needed a package delivered before I went out of town and was home all day. Around 4 PM, tracking magically showed there was an attempted delivery and my package was being held at the Post Office for pickup at the customer's request. There was never an attempted delivery nor did I request they hold it for pickup. Now I won't be able to get there to pick up the item and it will be sent back. I'll need to reorder it and pay for shipping again due to the carrier's laziness or incompetence. Not cool.
