I want to give a gigantic shout out to the Roy Utah post office and all of the carriers I have and have had over the years. Each and every one of you have been amazing and very dedicated. On the few occasions I've had to visit inside the post office I was very happy with the service received. You guys all ROCK!!! Thank you!

During this difficult time of life right now one thing that should be ever prevalent is kindness. The worker at the front desk was so ever rude today when my daughter sent a package this afternoon. Kindness goes a long way especially when you are being observed. Sir, you need rethink your approach!

They failed to deliver my Christmas gifts and refuse to hand them over unless I pay them again! I’ll also have to pay again to get them reshipped. This is gangster like behavior. Originally another post office handled it, but now it’s these guys. They are handling it just as bad.

So helpful. I went in with things I've been mailing for years and asked if there was a cheaper way I could send them. I've always thought I was good and send ing things, since I use a website that helps me. But the made it even better. They spent time answering my questions and showing me things. Even gave me a "cheat sheet" on helping me determine the best way to send. All this, minutes before they were closing, and never rushed me. I thought they stayed open until 5:30 like a nearby location, but they close at 5:00. But they didn't treat me like that. Thank you.
